That last link is a lecture from Gary Gensler recorded during a course on Blockchain he taught at MIT in 2018. This lecture is focused on blockchain application in global trade finance and he puts up a slide (that I have reproduced below) that simplifies the workflow I covered in my blog post on Blockchain and Global Trade Finance.
